Mr.Vance Serchuk, CIGS international research fellow, invited Mr.Tom Malinowski who is the Washington Director of Human Rights Wach to CIGS foreign policy workshop. Mr. Malinowski lectured his experience and the situations in North Korea, Syria and Myammer and led a discussion with Japanese experts.
